It started, like most things do, at the dinner table.

Not with some grand idea. Just a roti — warm, soft, and made with love.

We watched as our mumma and papa quietly served everyone else before taking a bite themselves. They never asked for anything. Never said they were tired. But we could see it — in the way they rubbed their knees after a long day, or got breathless climbing stairs, or skipped meals just to make sure everyone else had enough.

And we wondered —

Who takes care of the ones who take care of everyone?

We looked around and saw a gap.

There were protein powders and supplements on shelves — but they were made for gym bros, not for our homes. They tasted strange, didn’t fit into our meals, and definitely didn’t fit into our parents’ habits. Health had become complicated. Loud. Exclusive. Everything care shouldn’t be.
