At Zap meals (operated by Chhonk Meals Private Limited), we are dedicated to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience. This policy details our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and our right to mitigate logistics risks.
1. PACKAGING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Product Integrity: All protein-fortified products are packed in food-grade, moisture-resistant materials to ensure freshness and safety during transit.

Quality Check: Every order undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection before being sealed in tamper-evident outer packaging.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with leading national courier services to ensure wide reach across India.

Order Processing: Orders are typically dispatched from our facility within 24-48 business hours of order confirmation.

Transit Times: * Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

Rest of India: 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

Force Majeure: Please note that delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Chhonk Meals Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners but will assist in resolving delivery disputes.
3. ORDER TRACKING

Notification: Upon dispatch, a tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s portal will be sent to your registered Email/SMS.

Real-Time Updates: Customers can monitor their shipment's progress in real-time. If tracking information is unavailable within 24 hours of receiving the dispatch notice, please contact chhonkmeals01@gmail.com.
4. ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD MITIGATION
To ensure the sustainability of our operations and prevent logistics losses, we reserve the right to verify or cancel orders based on risk assessment.

Incomplete Information: Orders with insufficient addresses or invalid contact numbers will be placed on hold. If the information is not rectified by the customer within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

COD Restrictions: Cash on Delivery (COD) is provided as a convenience but is subject to eligibility. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse COD orders if:

The delivery address is flagged as high-risk or undeliverable by our logistics partners.

The customer has a history of repeated Return to Origin (RTO) or refusal of delivery.

The order exhibits characteristics of fraudulent activity.

Prepaid Option: If a COD order is cancelled due to risk factors, we will offer the customer the opportunity to re-order via Prepaid payment methods to proceed with the fulfilment.
5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard Shipping: Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

COD Convenience Fee: A non-refundable convenience fee may apply to all COD orders to cover additional logistics processing. This will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If the customer is unavailable or refuses the package without a valid reason (e.g., damaged packaging), the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs from any applicable refunds.
