5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

· Logistics Partners: We fulfil orders through reputed third-party logistics and courier partners.

· Liability Limitation: While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery (estimated 5-7 business days), the Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, force majeure events, or unforeseen logistics constraints.

· Title of Goods: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

 

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

· Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we adhere to a strict no-return policy except in cases of transit damage, incorrect item delivery, or receipt of expired products.

· Reporting Window: Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

· Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
