All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timelines:

• Estimated Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Please note that delivery to remote locations may take longer. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to track your package’s journey. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our support team.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your trust is important to us. We stand by the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
• You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE it has been shipped from our facility. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at Your Support Email with your order number.
• If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed.
Refund & Return Policy:
Given that our product is a perishable food item, we adhere to a strict quality and safety policy.
• We accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange only under the following conditions:
• You received a product that was damaged during transit.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product is past its expiry date upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products.
• Products returned due to a change of mind.
Process for Returns:

3. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for the return.
Refund Processing:

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
